What is Kurentovanje?
Kurentovanje is the Slovenian Mardi Gras festival of spring. The noise of the Kurents' bells chase away winter and ring in the beginning of spring.
The festival features a parade down St. Clair Ave., Slovenian food and drink, local vendors, live traditional music and the Kurents.
